Best time to ski in Baqueira-Beret

Baqueira-Beret is blessed with an extra hour of sunlight compared to the Alps. Cue longer days on the hill! There's good snow here from December to April. And the cannons are on standby to top up the pistes when needed.

Want to avoid busy slopes at Half-Term? Baqueira-Beret should be top of your list - Spanish kids don't take a break at this time of year, so you'll have the mountains to yourself. Bliss!

Early birds can make the most of fresh corduroy during February and March - catch a lift at dawn and make first tracks as the sun rises over the spectacular Aran Valley.

Things to do in Baqueira-Beret

Thirsty? Down a pint of ice-cold San Miguel on a warm sun terrace. Or stop at the Moet Lounge to toast a fun day on the hill with a glass of fizz. Salud! Baqueira-Beret operates on Spanish time, so an après ski siesta is a must.
